Sagemark completes purchase of Premier PET Imaging

Financial services firm Sagemark Companies has finalized its acquisition of Premier PET Imaging International. Premier, which was formed to own and operate outpatient PET centers, is constructing its first center in Wichita, KS. Sagemark of New York City expects the Wichita facility to open in July.
