Radiopharmaceutical firm International Isotopes has signed a definitive agreement to sell its proton linear accelerator (LINAC) assets to Antich Medical Imaging (AMII) for cash. The asset purchase agreement provides conditions to closing for both parties that must be fulfilled by September 30.
In the meantime, Denton, TX-based International Isotopes has entered into a lease agreement with AMII affiliate Advanced Molecular Imaging Systems to lease the facility, known as Shady Oaks, from June 1 to September 31 for radiochemical and radiopharmaceutical production.
