Radiopharmaceutical firm Cytogen has completed a private offering of common stock to the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. Cytogen received proceeds of $5 million, which will be used for general corporate purposes, principally working capital and capital expenditures, according to the Princeton, NJ-based company.
