Lister buys mobile PET scanner

Lister Bestcare, a U.K.-based MRI services provider, has acquired a mobile PET scanner. The Leeds-based firm purchased the system from GE Medical Systems of Waukesha, WI, and is investing $7.8 million in equipment and training, according to the company.
