International Isotopes begins manufacturing SPECT calibration sources

International Isotopes has begun contract manufacturing of dose calibrator and rod sources for SPECT imaging. The Idaho Falls, ID-based company, which is providing the sources to RadQual, has received approval from required regulatory authorities. International Isotopes president and CEO Steve Laflin said the new products will have little effect on company profits, however.
