Brophy joins CTI as vice president and counsel

PET developer CTI Molecular Imaging of Knoxville, TN, has hired Greg Brophy as senior vice president and general counsel. Brophy was a partner with the law firm of Alston & Bird, where he headed the firm’s healthcare corporate finance group.

Brophy was also a member of Alston & Bird’s technology group, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, and worked with CTI over the past two years on the vendor’s recent initial public offering.
