Cytogen gets new CEO

Citing personal reasons, the president and CEO of pharmaceutical developer Cytogen has resigned, effective immediately. Joseph Reiser will be replaced as president and CEO by vice president of business development and industry relations Michael Becker. Reiser will continue to serve as a director at the Princeton, NJ, firm, according to Cytogen.

In connection with the changes, vice president and CFO Lawrence Hoffman has resigned to pursue other opportunities, effective December 31. Director of finance Thu Dang has been promoted to vice president, finance, effective December 31.
