Siemens, PETNet buy New England PETNet

Siemens Medical Solutions and subsidiary PETNet Pharmaceuticals have purchased full ownership of the New England PETNet manufacturing and distribution center in Woburn, MA.

The acquisition allows Siemens and PETNet to provide biomarkers for clinical and preclinical PET imaging to the New England region via PETNet’s SafetyNet international manufacturing and distribution network, according to Siemens of Malvern, PA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
