Swedish oncology firm Affibody has signed a research agreement with GE Healthcare.
Under the deal, Stockholm-based Affibody will provide its molecules for three disease targets as defined by GE. GE of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., will have the exclusive option to take any licenses required for developing and commercializing imaging agents resulting from the collaboration, Affibody said.
Affibody will retain all rights for use of the molecules outside the scope of in vivo diagnostic and medical imaging.
