Siemens to install 30th Inveon system

Siemens Medical Solutions of Malvern, PA, has received a contract to make the 30th installation of its Inveon preclinical imaging system.

The milestone Inveon unit will be installed at Methodist Hospital in Houston, which has recently launched an initiative to emphasize research. The Inveon system enables researchers to conduct preclinical imaging studies using PET, CT, and SPECT in a single unit.
