Positron wins New York PET contract

Molecular imaging vendor Positron of Fishers, IN, has inked a contract for its dedicated cardiac PET scanner with a New York imaging center.

The Heart Center of Niagara in Niagara Falls, NY, has installed Positron's Attrius PET system. Attrius, designed for myocardial perfusion imaging, is a standalone, full-ring PET system that Positron manufactures through its joint venture, Neusoft Positron Medical Systems, according to the vendor.
