Eckert & Ziegler grows revenue, profit in 2009

Radiotherapy and radioisotope developer Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products of Berlin topped the 100 million euro mark in sales in 2009.

Sales totaled 101 million euros ($135.3 million U.S.), compared with 72 million euros ($96.5 million U.S.) in 2008.

The company's profit last year from operating activities increased to 7.5 million euros ($10 million U.S.), up 116% from 3.4 million euros ($4.5 million U.S.) in 2008.
