Lantheus Medical Imaging's chief financial officer (CFO), Robert Gaffey, has retired effective January 3.
The 37-year Lantheus veteran has been replaced as CFO by vice president of finance and chief accounting officer Jeffrey Young. Young, who joined Lantheus in 2008, will direct the company's financial strategy and oversee investor relations and strategic corporate communications, according to the company.
