MRI device developer Biophan Technologies said that its CFO, vice president, treasurer, and secretary, Robert Wood, will be retiring effective January 20.
Wood will be succeeded in those positions by Darryl Canfield, who comes to the West Henrietta, NY-based firm after serving as vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer at Genencor International. Following his resignation, Wood will continue to serve for a period of time as a financial consultant for special projects and corporate support, Biophan said.
