Elekta brings gamma knife to Canada

Swedish radiation oncology and neurosurgery firm Elekta has sold its first Leksel gamma knife in Canada. Winnipeg Regional Health Authority purchased the system for Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, according to Stockholm-based Elekta.
