North American Scientific (NAS) founder Michael Cutrer will step down as president and CEO of the Chatsworth, CA, radiation therapy firm to become executive vice president and chief technology officer of the company.
Cutrer said his decision is based on a desire to concentrate his efforts on the company's breast brachytherapy program and other future radiation therapy projects.
The board of directors has formed a committee to immediately begin a search for Cutrer's successor as president and CEO.
