ProCure Treatment Centers of Bloomington, IN, has opened its first operating proton center in Oklahoma City, the company announced.
The center is the sixth in the U.S. to provide advanced radiation therapy and will treat 1,500 patients a year, according to ProCure.
The 60,000-sq-ft center was developed through a collaboration between ProCure, Radiation Medicine Associates, and Integris Health, a not-for-profit healthcare corporation, ProCure said.
