Nucletron adds executives

Radiation oncology firm Nucletron has named three new executives to its management team.

Jan Boers has been appointed as vice president of global marketing, joining the Veenendaal, Netherlands-based firm after serving with companies such as CSM Food, Heinz, and Sara Lee International. He will be responsible for Nucletron's marketing and communications department worldwide.

Nucletron has also tapped John Lapré as vice president of research and development, who comes to the firm after most recently holding the same position at CP Kelco. Also, Dr. Jonathan Briers has been hired as vice president of medical affairs. Briers, who comes to Nucletron from Pfizer, will oversee the company's newly created medical affairs department.
