Radiation oncology firm Nucletron of Veenendaal, Netherlands, is providing 25 brachytherapy systems to radiation therapy centers operated by US Oncology of Houston.
Nucletron is supplying its microSelectron 30-channel digital high-dose-rate brachytherapy afterloader and its Oncentra Brachy treatment planning software.
In addition to the brachytherapy technology, Nucletron and US Oncology jointly will provide clinicians with ongoing training at US Oncology's headquarters.
