Intraop adds Colombian customer

Intraoperative radiation therapy firm Intraop Medical has signed Instituto Nacional de Cancerología in Bogota, Colombia, as a new user for its Mobetron linear accelerator.

The institution has begun delivering intraoperative electron-beam radiation therapy for breast cancer treatment, according to the Sunnyvale, CA-based vendor.
