Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems said that the first radiotherapy treatments using its RapidArc technology have been performed in Australia.
Premion in Queensland has treated more than a dozen prostate cancer patients so far with RapidArc at its Chermside treatment center in Brisbane, according to the Palo Alto, CA-based vendor.
