Accuray names new board chair

Radiotherapy firm Accuray has named Louis Lavigne Jr. as chairperson of its board of directors.

Lavigne will succeed Wayne Wu, who will continue to serve on the board, according to the Sunnyvale, CA-based firm. A member of Accuray's board since September 2009, Lavigne is currently a management consultant, Accuray said.
