Oncology firm Elekta of Stockholm plans to highlight upgrades to its cancer management tools at the upcoming American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) meeting in San Diego.
In its booth, Elekta will highlight a new generation of its Integrity digital linear accelerator control system, its Mosaiq oncology information system, its Monaco treatment planning technology with volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT), and its Intuity image guidance for tumors and critical structures.
The company will also showcase Symmetry, for respiratory motion management for lung tumor treatment, and Atlas-based autosegmentation (ABAS) software, it said.
