Radiation therapy firm Accuray of Sunnyvale, CA, has established a medical affairs unit to provide strategic guidance and accelerate data collection, utilization, and referral patterns for its CyberKnife technology.
In addition, the unit will seek to advance medical research through the development and support of clinical studies and protocols globally, while also strengthening relationships with healthcare leaders and academic centers worldwide, according to the company.
