Acacia buys radiation therapy patent rights

Patent holding company Acacia Research said that a subsidiary has acquired rights to a patent for radiation therapy technology.

The Newport Beach, CA-based firm has been active over the past few years in securing license deals with a number of vendors for its PACS patent portfolio.
