Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems of Palo Alto, CA, has entered into a three-year contract to supply Toshiba America Medical Systems with medical imaging subcomponents for diagnostic imaging equipment.
Varian estimates that orders with Tustin, CA-based Toshiba to be booked over the period of the agreement will be worth $450 million.
