Oncology firm Elekta announced it has completed its acquisition of radiation therapy firm Nucletron for 365 million euros ($522.1 million U.S.) in cash.
Nucletron financial results will be included in Elekta's consolidated accounts from September 15, 2011. For the fiscal year 2011 to 2012, Nucletron is expected to report net sales of approximately 850 million Swedish kronor ($128.7 million U.S.).
