Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems is highlighting several new service and support plans that are designed for cancer treatment centers at the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) annual meeting being held in Miami Beach, FL, this week.
The new PremierAssurance program offers customers flexible access to a broad spectrum of services, according to the company. The program enables radiation oncology clinics to predict and control service costs through customized, comprehensive service plans for maintenance and upgrades, help-desk support, training and education, specialized consulting, and site-specific clinic design offerings.
Varian said customers can choose support packages at distinct service levels.
