Varian Medical Systems' Halcyon radiation therapy system has received clearance from the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration.
Halcyon is an image-guided volumetric intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) system used to treat prostate, breast, head and neck, and other forms of cancer, Varian said.
