Image-guided radiation therapy developer ViewRay has announced an underwritten public offering of 1.6 million shares of common stock at $9.25 per share.
The offering will generate gross proceeds of $150 million, the company said. It plans to use the proceeds for working capital, research and development, commercial expenses, and infrastructure expenses.
Underwriters include Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and Guggenheim Securities. The offering will close on August 17.
