Ultrasound technology developer Zonare Medical Systems has installed a new upgrade for half of its ZS3 ultrasound customer base so far in North America.
Covered for free under Zonare's five-year state-of-the-art guarantee for ZS3 owners, the 7.0 upgrade features significant software and hardware enhancements and is valued at $25,000, according to the vendor. Zonare said that imaging improvements encompass B-mode, color Doppler, transducer, and archive review capabilities.
The company has also incorporated several workflow and clinical advances.
