Canadian microultrasound technology developer Exact Imaging has received the CE Mark for its ExactVu microultrasound device for prostate imaging and biopsy guidance.
ExactVu is designed for real-time resolution down to 70 microns and operates on a frequency of 29 MHz to enhance viewing of suspicious regions and biopsy performance in the prostate.
The company is also in the process of expanding its European direct sales, clinical applications, and technical support operations and will soon announce its new European headquarters in Belgium.
