CAE Healthcare has named imaging veteran Rekha Ranganathan as its president, effective immediately.
Ranganathan most recently served as vice president and global general manager for CT and advanced molecular imaging for Philips Healthcare. Her career includes leading Philips' oncology division based in India, and managing commercial and marketing strategy for Boston Scientific USA's Indian and Chinese markets.
She succeeds Dr. Robert Amyot, who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity during the transition.
