iCad and CancerIQ are partnering to create a breast health care software package that will better inform physicians and patients of cancer risk, identify breast cancer at earlier stages, track which treatments work best, and increase patient adherence to their personalized care plans.
The partnership will combine elements from both companies' respective technologies, including iCad's AI-powered ProFound Breast Health Suite and CancerIQ's software and services. In particular, CancerIQ’s lifetime risk score and genetic risk data will be combined with iCAD’s ProFound Density assessment score and ProFound Risk, which provides a one-year future risk estimation based on a 2D or 3D screening mammogram.
