Siemens Medical Systems has appointed Joe Camaratta as vice president of marketing for the Iselin, NJ-based firm's sales and service operations. Camaratta most recently served as vice president of international marketing for the Medical Engineering Group's MR division in Erlangen, Germany. Prior to that, Camaratta managed Siemens' MR division in Iselin, where he was responsible for MR business operations in the U.S. Camaratta replaces Alex Stein, who has left Siemens Medical Systems for other opportunities within Siemens Corp.
