Healthcare information systems vendor Cerner checked in with second-quarter revenues of $93.5 million, up 13% from the $82.8 million reported in the same period last year. For the period (end-July 1), the Kansas City firm had net earnings of $4.1 million (before a non-recurring charge), compared with $300,000 (before an extraordinary item) in the second quarter of 1999.
