Tribogenics nets $2.5M for novel x-ray venture

Tribogenics has closed on $2.5 million in funding to commercialize new x-ray technology discovered at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and other agencies.

The funding comes from a network of global investors and investment firm Flywheel Ventures, Tribogenics said.
