A lawsuit filed by insurer UnitedHealthcare against Radiology Partners (RP) was the big story in radiology this week. Centering around an RP-affiliated practice in Texas that had a longstanding contract with United for highly favorable terms, the complaint involves allegations of pass-through billing and tens of millions of dollars of allegedly fraudulent payments.

ChatGPT in radiology
Stories on ChatGPT have been enthusiastically received lately among AuntMinnie.com's readership, so it's no surprise that an article on the chatbot's promise for providing decision support was the second most highly viewed article this week.
However, ChatGPT's reliability was called into question in another recent study. After researchers asked ChatGPT to generate five radiology research articles, they found significant problems with four of them. And even though the fifth was well-written, it included fictitious references.
