GE HealthCare (GEHC) plans to acquire medical imaging software developer MIM Software.
The purchase will allow GEHC to make MIM Software's imaging analytics and digital workflow capabilities available across various care areas, it said. The company will integrate MIM's software into its own advanced visualization offerings in an effort to support AI-based segmentation and contouring and dosimetry analysis in the fields of radiology, molecular imaging, and radiation oncology.
