Advanced visualization technology provider TeraRecon of San Mateo, CA, said that Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, has become a luminary site for the firm.
The facility's radiologists and clinicians are using TeraRecon's Aquarius products for processing CT, MR, and PET images, the company said. In addition, Wake Forest medical students are using the firm's AquariusNET thin-client 3D processing system, which provides CT data acquired from cadavers, in their anatomy classes.
