Enlitic has completed its acquisition of medical imaging firm Laitek.
Previously announced in September, the deal adds Laitek's medical imaging data migration service to Enlitic's AI-based data standardization technology, according to the vendors.
Enlitic said the merged entity will provide advanced data migration services, expanded DICOM standards expertise, and AI-powered data tool development. The company added that it remains committed to supporting Laitek's existing customers while integrating technologies and teams.
In a related development, Enlitic has raised 22.5 million Australian dollars ($15.1 million U.S.) and applied the funds to the Enlitic acquisition as well as ongoing operations, according to the firm.
