U.S. Electronics (USEI) will show two Totoku monochrome displays in its RSNA booth.
Totoku ME355i2 (3-megapixel) and ME253i2 (2-megapixel) are high-luminance monochrome LCDs designed to support a range of imaging environments, including CT, MRI, and high-speed 3D image rendering, according to USEI of Minneapolis.
The displays include Totoku's Luminescence Uniformity Equalizer technology to provide consistent light intensity across the entire display face, USEI said. An 11.9-bit lookup table offers grayscale DICOM conformance.
Both monitors come with a new Remote Grayscale Accuracy Check capability, which verifies appropriate calibration locally as well as remotely over a network or the Internet. If readjustment is needed, both displays provide for one-touch calibration, which may also be performed remotely, USEI said.
