Connectivity and medical imaging manufacturer Analogic reported revenues of $76.5 million in its third quarter, an 8% increase compared with the $70.9 million reported in the same period last year. For the quarter (end-April 30), the Peabody, MA-based firm had net income of $5 million, compared with net income of $5.3 million in 1999.
Analogic reported significant growth in sales of its CT systems during the period. Shortly after the close of the quarter, Analogic also signed a development and supply agreement with an undisclosed major vendor to provide several hundred CT systems over the next five years, according to the company.
