The Society for Computer Applications in Radiology (SCAR) has announced that it will publish its own journal beginning with the next issue. The as-yet-unnamed journal will replace the current Journal of Digital Imaging, published W. B. Saunders Company, a division of Harcourt Brace & Company.
New article submissions should be sent (without a journal name specified) in care of Dr. Roger Bauman, 34 Everett Ave., Winchester, MA 01890, USA. The mailing address has not changed, Bauman said. Submissions may also be e-mailed to [email protected].
The society also announced that next year's SCAR symposium would be held in Salt Lake City, UT, from May 3-6, 2001.
