eMed Technologies has announced that Bay Imaging Consultants of Walnut Creek, CA, will launch the vendor’s eMed.net Web-based image and report retrieval service on September 13. With eMed.net, referring physicians will be able to retrieve their patients' images and transcribed reports from the Bay Imaging Consultants’ Web site, according to Lexington, MA-based eMed. Bay Imaging Consultants has 60 radiologists serving over 2,000 referring physicians in Northern California.
