Cardiac image management firm Medcon Telemedicine Technology and partner Mennen Medical of Clarence, NY, have announced an expansion of a Medcon TCS cardiac image network in Texas. A TCS diagnostic DICOM network will be installed at the Heart and Vascular Center at Baylor Medical Center at Garland.
The installation will complement the existing TCS network at Baylor University Medical Center, according to Whippany, NJ-based Medcon. The new installation will provide image management for two x-ray angiographic suites, while the current BUMC installation acquires images from this facility’s six x-ray angiography suites, according to Medcon.
