Healthcare information systems provider Cerner reported third-quarter revenues of $104.3 million, up 29% from the $80.9 million posted in the same period in 1999. For the period (end-September 30), the Kansas City firm had net earnings of $6.2 million, compared with income of $680,000 in 1999. Earnings per share exceeded analysts’ expectations, according to Cerner.
