X-Ray Associates of Albuquerque plans to implement eMed.net, the Web-based image and report retrieval service for referring physicians, into its radiology practice. eMed.net is developed by eMed Technologies of Lexington, MA.

X-Ray Associates is a 14-radiologist practice offering a suite of diagnostic procedures at five outpatient locations and three St. Joseph’s Healthcare System facilities. The practice will use eMed.net to deliver diagnostic results via the Web to over 1,000 referring physicians, according to the Albuquerque-based practice.
