Application service provider (ASP) e-MedSoft.com said that it has executed a software transfer agreement with the National Institute of Health's (NIH) Center for Information Technology (CIT) and National Cancer Institute (NCI).
The agreement enables the Jacksonville Beach, FL-based vendor and the NIH to co-market the company’s Telesynergy medical consultation workstation to NIH-approved institutions. The product allows high-resolution display of images, in both real-time and store-and-forward modes, as well as for the simultaneous interaction of users. According to terms of the proposed collaboration, e-MedSoft.com also will also design and implement a collaborative medical network to expand the product’s uses.
