The Association of Telehealth Service Providers (ATSP) will soon release its 2001 report on radiology facilities and the market for teleradiology services. The report presents findings from a comprehensive survey of 122 organizations that offer radiology and teleradiology services in the southwestern U.S.
The study examines the clinical settings where radiology is practiced, the services, providers, and equipment types used most often, and key obstacles organizations face in implementing teleradiology, according to the ATSP. The report costs $199 for ATSP members and $299 for non-members. More information is available at http://www.atsp.org.
